Includes the complete design of your website. We will adjust and insert
javascripts. The text, images and graphics have to be provided by
the client. The client is responsible for the content of the images
and textmaterial and is not allowed to infringe the copyright of third
parties. He himself is responsible for correct spelling, texts and
artwork |

| By request
we also work with bought images and fotos (bills therefore are deposited
at PurrSatin Webdesign). Even web designers need drafts; therefore
we buy artwork and images to design them for our clients. We point
out that parts of designs can be found on the world wide web.( For
Example a globe, a fir tree or a star, small parts we need to design.) |

| By request
we can install or procure domains and webspaces. We are customers
of 1&1 Puretec. We can leave a domain name with our provider whereby
no flat rate will be imposed, solely a yearly Domain fee has to be
paid. The client is able to apply anytime for a „KK-Antrag“
from which we immediately indemnify the client if he hasn't got any
obligations towards PurrSatin Webdesign Herma Wulff |

| We create
a concept, then, the client has the possibility to give his wishes
and make improvements and changes. In the end we will reproduce the
concept according to these wishes and changes. If, in the end, the
client isn't satisfied, a new concept will be made at an additional
charge. The client complies with the inconspicuous posting of our
link „PurrSatin Webdesign Herma Wulff“ and our Copyright
on his home page. |

| If requested,the
finalised homepage can be burned on CD/DVD, so the client has the
possibility to further edit the homepage. The contractor isn't liable
for any changes the client makes. It isn't allowed for third parties
to change the layout or the design, the Copyright sign is not to be
removed. The details about the operator of the homepage must be stated
correctly and completely according to the German Teleservices Act.
After completion of the homepage the client is to verify its completeness
and accuracy. |

| The client
assures that he doesn't infringe copyrights by using images and data
whilst creating his homepage. He is liable for the content of his
homepage. He releases PurrSatin Webdesign Herma Wulff of any kind
of auditing duty concerning the content. Texts will be adopted from
the client, the client himself is responsible for accuracy. By request
the texts can be proofread (see price list) |
| Every work we create
we publish on our website. If any client doesn't want this he should
indicate this in written form. |

| The
Designer |
| |
| The client
respects the contractor's artistic freedom. If any creative differences
occur between contractor and client, the contractor reserves the right
to terminate the contract. No costs will be arisen. |

| Terms
of Payment |
| |
| prices
apply according to the pricelist. After the layout is established
50% of the agreed price is due. As soon as the homepage is completed
an invoice will be raised and the rest payment is due within 10 days.
If the clients doesn't pay in spite of demand of payment and reminder,
the contractor has the right to disable the hompage until complete
payment. It is not until the complete payment is made that the homepage
will be transferred to her server. The contracter owns the homepage
until the complete payment is made. Only after complete payment the
client has the total right of utilisation. Is the client in default
of payment, in spite of reminder, the contractor has the right to
disable the website until receit of the amount due. If the client
doesn't pay the amount due or just part of it, the contractor will
take legal steps. |

| If the
client cancels the asignment before completion, he is bound to recompense
any incurred working hours.The working effort is to be paid for with
30€ per hour. (PurrSatin-Webdesign- according to §19UStG/Taxation
of small businesses we don't account for sales taxes) |

| Contents
and artwork created by PurrSatin Webdesign Herma Wulff are subject
to the German copyright law. The distribution, forwarding,reproduction,
processing or any kind of use of these workings is without the contractor's
consent prohibited.The Copyright annotation „PurrSatin Webdesign
is not to be removed. |

| The client
agrees that the contractor cites his homepage on her website. Elsewise
it must be objected against. |
| |
| |
| Data
protection |
| |
| The contractor
will handle the clients personal data with care, taking in account
the Data Protection Act. Under no circumstances will she pass these
data on to third parties. |
| |
In
case of disputes out of the contractual relationship the German
Right excluding the CISG applies. |
